I'm done. I'm done with school, with damn politics behind everything, with fake people, and with society. I'M DONE. Working within this system that's so damn corrupt is suffocating and disgusting and foul. Everything has some element of manipulation and people fail to value what really matters. School.... who needs that when then purpose that it was originally established for has been completely neglected? The idea of education and enlightenment has been replaced by a system that promotes hierarchy by financial position, race, and gender and that does not even fulfill the pure basis of why we even learn and progress intellectually as a society? Why the hell do we even try to do things that will never work out because of the biases of the people in power? Why do the weak have to fight a losing battle against those with power and money? People have overstepped their boundaries of nature. It's as if the people who are born without anything should die because they can't function within the system. People look down on countries like India for their caste system but in reality the entire world uphold the very roots of that system. A wise man once said that man is inherently evil and to be honest, there is a touch of truth within that statement. Man has the potential to be good but everything around him coerces man to play out their inherent evil. Why should I play into societies expectations of me? Why should I abide by the norm and stick to the status quo? What is society to tell me how to live my life?
I'm done crying tears of frustration.
